CARF Accreditation
Our framework for continuous quality improvement (CQI) impacts our service delivery to individuals. As a person-centred organization, we ensure that:
- Individuals learn they can be empowered, contribute to their communities, experience greater personal control, and improve their quality of life.
- Individuals have opportunities for networking and developing friendships to reduce the isolation often experienced by persons with disabilities.
- The uniqueness of individuals is respected and nurtured.
- The values and vision of our leadership remain person-centred.
- All staff are provided with continuous support and training.
To ensure CQI, CBI listens to consumers and employees, responds to feedback, and integrates continuous and incremental improvements into our policies and company culture.
CBI’s Change Management Architect, Field Support and Quality Assurance Manager, and Human Resources Manager make up our CQI team to ensure consistent service quality and ongoing improvement in all areas.
