Job Summary:   

The Behaviour Consultant has a BA or MA. He or she carries a case-load of about 25 – 35 adults who may have a variety of support needs and a range of abilities. The Behaviour Consultant completes functional behaviour assessments, develops a behaviour support plan based on principles of positive behaviour support and provides modelling, training and support to individuals, service providers and their families and other community team members in all strategies in the support plan.
