As a Black, Autistic woman, and member of the LGBTQA2S+ community, she brings a unique intersectional perspective to her research in stimulus equivalence, feminism, racism, and other areas of social justice in the Brazilian context. She is also a guest associate editor for the forthcoming Behavior Analysis in Practice special issue entitled Impactful Leaders – Latin American Women in Behavior Analysis.
